First Crop All American Sire Bodacious Dash To Stand at Granada Farms in 2016

WHEELOCK, TX - SEPTEMBER 3, 2015 Bodacious Dash,among the leading first crop sires this year and sire of 2015 All American Futurity(G1) finalist Sky Bo Dash, will stand next season at Granada Farms near Wheelock, Texas. His 2016 fee has not been announced.

From a limited number of starters in his first crop to race Bodacious Dash is the sire of five winners, including Sky Bo Dash SI 92 ($85,768), a finalist in the 2015 Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity and set to compete Monday in the $3 million All American Futurity(G1) at Ruidoso Downs on Monday (Sep. 7).

Bodacious Dash is currently the #8 Leading First Crop Sire of 2015.

Owned-and-raced by former AQHA President Johnny Trotter, the son of all-time leading sire First Down Dash won or placed in 12 of 15 starts to 3, while earning $686,495. He won the $1.1 million Texas Classic Futurity(G1), was second in the Rainbow Derby(G1) and third in the Ruidoso Futurity(G1). He was also a finalist in the Rainbow Futurity(G1) and Dash For Cash Futurity(G1).

Bred in Texas by Bob and Jerry Gaston Bodacious Dash is out of the grade 2 winning Mr Jess Perry mare St Pats Tea ($95,791), dam of 11 winners, 14 ROM including Charger Bar Handicap(G2) winner Native Tea Rose SI 90 ($260,905), Grade 2 Firecracker Futurity winner St Pats First ($173,113) and the granddam of stakes winner Rock That Wagon Si 99 $111,321), etc.
